"Sending Our Love."

“Love Conquers All”
“And we have known and believed the love that God hath to us. God is love; and he that dwelleth in love dwelleth in God, and God in him” (I John 4:16).

Oftentimes in correspondence or verbal communications I have read or heard the common expression “We’re sending our love …” whether it’s to family, friends, acquaintances, a targeted audience, or the general populous. What a heart-felt sentiment to send. The recipient’s response to such words are usually joyous, warm receptions. If these words are so impactful in this context, then how much more would this world respond to the love of God expressed and sent through His people? One of the greatest divine attributes is love!

To love God is the greatest of virtues, and to be loved by God is one of the greatest rewards. In the New Testament, love is more of a verb than a noun, and it has more to do with an action rather than a feeling. D.L. Moody said, “The world does not understand theology or dogma, but it understands love and sympathy.” In other words, the world doesn’t care how much you know until they know how much you care.”

“The Pentecostal power, when you sum it all up, is just more of God's love. If it does not bring more love, it is simply a counterfeit.” - William J. Seymour

One orator asked, “What does love look like?” The reply, “It has the hands to help others. It has the feet to hasten to the poor and needy. It has eyes to see misery and want. It has the ears to hear the sighs and sorrows of men. That is what love looks like.” Charles Spurgeon said, “In math, if you divide an infinite number by any number, no matter how large, you still have an infinite quotient; so, Jesus' love, being infinite, even though it is divided up for every person on earth, is still infinitely poured out on each one of us!”

In retrospect, the math is simple: One infinite God reaching many infinite souls. Cultivate your relationship with God in prayer. Foremost, love God, and then love others. Pray for souls! Pray that God would send forth laborers into His harvest (Matthew 9:38).

Send out the message “We’re sending our love …” through all you say and do. Grow in God’s unconditional love and allow the fruit of love to flourish; and then nourish others. Through the agape love of God, let’s Send Our Unconditional Love Steadfastly to souls, so they truly will know, that in their greatest needs, “Love conquers all!”
